Log into the system using either of the following methods:

Online Services -> Online Service Login -> Faculty-Advisers Tab -> Instructor Access to Student Evaluation (from list).
Your home page “My Courses” will appear. Listed are the evaluated courses you’ve taught—excluding the current term.
Click on the Menu button—located at the top right of the page.
Click on My Questions—located at the upper left of the page. (It takes a bit to populate, so don’t worry if a few seconds pass and nothing immediately happens.)
You may now add your questions. You may “Take a Tour” (right-side button) for the basics if you find that helpful. You may also click on the orange Help button at the bottom of the page for additional information.
