Access Issues
SLE/eSET access problems are generally related to browser or pop-up issues. Please note that SLE/eSET works best with Firefox or Chrome and with pop-up windows enabled.
The minimum web browser versions to access SLE/eSET are:

Android 5 (or 4.1 with non-default configuration enabled)

Chrome 30
-
Firefox 27
-
Internet Explorer 11
-
Opera 17
-
Safari 7 (5 for Safari Mobile)
If you're still having difficulty accessing SLE/eSET after trying a different browser and enabling pop-ups, try clearing you browser cache as follows:
Firefox

Open Firefox.

Click the menu button (the three vertical bars) and choose Options.

In the Cookies and Site data section, click Clear Data.

Remove the check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data

Cached Web Content should have a check mark. Click the Clear button.
Chrome

Open Chrome.

At the top right, click More (the three vertical dots).

Click More tools then select Clear browsing data.

A screen will pop up. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

Check the box next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files".

Click Clear data.
Internet Explorer

Open Internet Explorer

Select Tools (the gear icon), then Safety, then Delete browsing history.

Uncheck the box next to Preserve Favorites website data

Check the box next to Temporary Internet Files and next to Cookies.

Click Delete.
If you are still having difficulty after clearing the cache for your browser, try clearing the Java cache:

Open up the Java Control Panel (directions for finding the control panel on Windows or Mac)

In the Java Control Panel, under the General tab, click Settings under the Temporary Internet Files section. The Temporary Files Settings dialog box will appear.

Click Delete Files on the Temporary Files Settings dialog. The Delete Files and Applications dialog box will appear.

Click OK on the Delete Files and Applications dialog. This deletes all the Downloaded Applications and Applets from the cache.

Click OK on the Temporary Files Settings dialog. If you want to delete a specific application and applet from the cache, click on View Application and View Applet options respectively.
